Darrell D. Stover ([email protected]) is Head of the NC Science Museums Grant Program at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences. He also is on the faculty of the Interdisciplinary Studies department at North Carolina State University. He is a poet, cultural historian and science communicator who embraces both the sciences and humanities. He is a avid birder and naturalist with a license plate that reads “SCIPOET.”
