Join us for a lunch roundtable with Bartow J. Elmore, author of the critically acclaimed book Seed Money: Monsanto’s Past and Our Food Future, which presents an international ecological history of the Monsanto Company (now Bayer), shedding light on the intricate relationship between this corporate giant and global food systems. The roundtable will place Elmore in conversation with GES faculty and students, for a lively, informal discussion about Monsanto/Bayer, genetic engineering, business history, and the future of our food system.
